· You may return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

· To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

· Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Clearance or final sale items

Personalized or custom products

Underwear, socks, and other intimate items (if applicable)

 


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

· Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

· Once your return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).

 


 

3. Return Shipping

· You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

· We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

· For international returns, please mark the package as a "return" to avoid customs fees.

 


 

4. Refunds
